BigBlueButton Conference Not Working

      When I try to start a Conference Call I get this message:
      Unable to join the meeting. Please check the url of the BigBlueButton server AND check to see if the BigBlueButton server is running.

      Here is the URL I have for the Plugin:
      http://test-install.blindsidenetworks.com/bigbluebutton/

      I was able to use this a couple of weeks ago with no problem.
      I have tried this on Chrome, Explorer and Firefox browser,s and I get the same message.
