While evaluating the Application Form module I created several application forms on my Moodle DEV server. After building and testing the forms I was ready to move the forms to my Moodle Production server, so I thought the easiest way to do this would be to backup the course on my DEV server and then restore that backup onto my Moodle Production server. But when I did that the application forms that I built on DEV were not included in the Moodle course backup file (the .mbz file). Apparently this is because the Application Form module does not support Backup and Restore.

So, please could you add support for Backup and Restore.
