Mismatch in data defintions for feedback fields

In version 2013122202, the table "questionnaire_feedback" was added. In the upgrade, it adds the field "feedbacklabel" with a length of "30". In the "install.xml" file, this length is specified as "50".
In version 2014010300, the field "feedbackscores" was added to the "questionnaire_survey" table. In the upgrade script, this field is set to allow null values. In the "install.xml", this field is specified to disallow null values.
This inconsistency needs to be fixed.
