Error when restoring course

      Description

      I'm getting an error when attempting to restore a course into an existing one (deleting content, not merging). Below is the error message:

      Fatal error: Class 'format_grid' not found in /srv/www/course/format/grid/classes/observer.php on line 49

      Neither course has anything using the grid format, to my knowledge.
