Roles assigned to participants are not working correctly

      >Had a issue after we upgraded the Big Blue Button to the latest version. What she experienced was all the role assignments were disappeared in the activity after the upgrade so they had to reassign them back manually.

      After updating from v2.1.7 the roles assigned to participants are ignored. This issue affects all the meetings created in a previous version as the schema is not migrated.
