Description

Looks like the following fields were dropped in the upgrade path but were not removed from the install.xml file for the table questionnaire_question:

dependquestion
dependchoice

Recommend that you re-drop them a 2nd time in the upgrade path incase someone installed the latest version on a new site and would still have those fields.
