My Moodle instance is 3.4.3+ (build 20180621), I have Surveypro installed and for the 1st time use this plugin. After the survey is submitted, the pdf downloaded shows all Chinese character in  "?", yet the Survey Export CSV file can see all the Chinese characters properly.
