Collapsed Topics: Move-dialogue should list topic numbers

      Description

      Hello,

      When you are using collapsed topics and want to move an activity by clicking the "cross icon" collapsed topics doesn't list section/topic numbers and thus is harder to use than f.ex. Moodle core courseformat topics which lists the topic numbers in the move dialogue.
