As completion is based on external data and its validation is triggered when the data is received from the BBB server, any change to the rules for completion would make it fail, as a new meeting would be required in order to trigger a new validation.

There should be a way for a Teacher or Admin to manually trigger the action, based on the data already stored in the database.
