We have faced an issue, with questions repeating in the millionaire quiz. I'm aware there is a way to turn "shuffling" off, but that doesn't help with the issue.

In the particular case, it's taking questions from a category with 15 questions. And at some point before you have gone through all 15 questions, the same questions will re-appear.
