Send confirmation Email to student when student books a slot

      Description

      When a student books a slot, there's no confirmation Email being send to the student. Is it possible to make this an option?

      The confirmation is only being sent when a teacher books a slot for the student, or when a student books a slot the confirmation is sent to the teacher.

      As a bonus this idea would also be helpful: send an .ics as an attachment to the student so he/she can add this appointment to their agenda.
