DESCRIPTION
Clicking on a course section edit icon when using collapsed topics in a Boost theed course with the setting 'Column orientation=vertical' enabled, then deleting a section is showing the 'edit' link to be ontop of the previous sections 'edit' link.

STEPS TO REPLICATE
1. Create a course using Collapsed Topics format (with atleast 5 sections) with the setting 'Column orientation' set to 'vertical',
2. Turn editing on,
3. Scroll to last section and click edit,
4. Select 'delete' option.
NOTE: Edit link is now showing on the previous section.

OBSERVED BEHAVIOR:
Edit link is moved ontop of the previous course sections edit link (see attached mp4)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
The edit link remains within its own section.
