On our Moodle site, we have a couple of customised roles (based on Teacher) which we would like to be able to automatically give the "moderator" role in BigBlueButton meeting rooms. However, the bigbluebuttonbn_participant_moderator_default setting only seems to pay attention to standard Moodle roles

Steps to reproduce -

• Go to plugin settings page for BigBlueButtonBN
• Add roles to "moderator by default" setting and save

• Create new BBB activity 

Expected behaviour would be to see the "Federation Teacher" role added as a moderator, as well as the default "Teacher" role
