BBB recordings table doesn't respect forced group mode

This code: https://github.com/blindsidenetworks/moodle-mod_bigbluebuttonbn/blob/50b31b851b645eb167b0c4958dc601decc02fc50/locallib.php#L1938-L1949 appears to be trying to obtain the course_module groupmode - however it fails to take into account whether the current course has a forced groupmode setting that would override this value

Could be similar to CONTRIB-7972
