Improve the way the recordings are tracked

Since the latest version of BBB, it is possible to know the internal meetingID assigned to the session on create. This means that the way we track the recordings *which was the only way at a time) is now obsolete.

We can add the internalMeetingId to the meta log so the get recording does not relay on the externalMeetingId

There is a downside here as some BBB servers may be filtering getRecordings whithouth meetingID, but that must be solved as well.
