User Limit is calculated erroneous

There is s problem with the User limit settings in the BBB-Plugin. The actual allowed number of users is the value entered minus 1.

To reproduce

Set the limit to 1 user. No User can enter the room.

Set the limit to 2 users. Only one user can enter the room.

And so on and so forth.
