On the view all responses tab in the questionnaire module all of the responses are right justified. The responses are fine on the list of responses tab, the issue is just in the view all tab.

Steps to replicate:

1. Log in to moodle site
2. Open a test course
3. Create a questionnaire module
4. Create test question
5. Log in as student 
6. Answer question
7. Log back in as teacher
8. View all
9. See issue
