Students receive a notification after submitting an questionnair

For some students it is important to receive a notification that they have submitted the questionnair (similar as the notification when you submit an assigment or quiz). 

By receiving a notfication the student knows: their submission is registrated (the system works, I have done it correctly) and where they can find their posted answers.
