Since we upgraded to Moodle 3.11, the Moodle app users are not able to complete surveys within the Moodle app. All other features are working. (This is on both iOS and Android devices)

To replicate:

1. In Moodle course, create a questionnaire with a yes/no question.
2. Using Moodle Mobile app, enroll in the course and attempt to respond to the questionnaire by clicking either response.

Result: neither radio button will highlight, so the response cannot be submitted.

According to https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MOBILE-3858 they say update to the latest version, we are on that with no luck.
