There is a bug in format_topcoll 3.9.1.7 (2020071812), "Show additional information for: assignments, quizzes, choices, feedbacks, lessons and databases in the course" does not work, no additional information is show about these activities to teacher, student or administrator.

in 3.9.1.1 2020071806 this works normally. Tested on Moodle 3.9
