Mark as done completion box displaying above label activity, in Collapsed topics, when editing is turned off.  When turning on editing in course, the mark as done box correctly displays below the label activity. 

STEPS TO REPLICATE

1. In any boost course with completion turned on, create a label activity.
2. Set completion tracking on the label to: “Students can manually mark the activity as completed”.
3. Add any Label text you want and then select “Save and return to course”.
4. View label with editing turned off.
5. View label with editing turned on.

OBSERVED BEHAVIOR:

With editing turned off, the “Mark as done” completion box is incorrectly displayed above the label text.  (see screenshot here: https://www.screencast.com/t/K8LaAXeU)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

The “marks as done” completion box should always display below the label text as it does with all other activities. 

ADDITIONAL INVESTIGATION NOTES

Tested different course formats (topics, weekly), and mark as done box displays correctly with editing turned off.  Issue only seems to affect courses with Collapsed topics format. 

Tested Collapsed topic versions 3.11.0.5 and 3.11.0.4.  Issue present in both versions. 

Moodle versions tested on were 3.11.3 and 3.11.2
