BBB group recordings not shareable between groups

    Description

      It seems impossible to share a recording between groups. See here for more info: https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=435118

      I notice my teachers starting BBB up from Moodle, selecting Class A. Then they record and later want that recording to be visible for other classes.

      So far this seems impossible in BBB. The recording is stuck to class A and can not be ported, moved or imported to 'no groups' or 'everyone in this course'.
