Deleting courses with moosh trigger some errors

      BigBlueButtonBN 3.0 plugin back-port from Moodle 4.0 Test on a Moodle 3.11.8 test environment, pops up some error messages while deleting courses using moosh.

       

      This error message appears even in the cron logs on activity deletion (MDL-74558)
