BBB displays alert banner when Forced Group Mode "No groups" enabled

    Description

      When a course is configured with a forced "No groups" setting, the BBB activity shows an alert banner like this, which is untrue / misleading:

      "The room was configured for using groups but the course does not have groups defined."

       

      BBB should not display this alert when "No groups" enabled. 

       

      This will need to be fixed for v3.0 and in Moodle 4.0
