Currently, scheduled BigBlueButton activities can be accessed at the exact time.

This is inconvenient because teachers and students need to log in a few minutes before, to prepare the supports or to test their microphones for example.

Would it be possible to allow entry 15 minutes before the scheduled time?

A solution is to directly schedule a few minutes before but the entries in the calendar are wrong if you do that.
