Error when Re-Installing Workplace Certificate plugin in Moodle

      When trying to reinstall the Workplace Certificate Plugin in, in my case  Moodle 4.1+, I received the following Error. See below.
      Error
      The only way that I found to resolve this was to manually delete from the SQL database were the four tables shown below.
