Overview
This community driven project is working towards a number of exciting improvements for the question bank.
In particular:
- Replace the question bank with a question bank course activity
- Fix long standing bugs related to issues with question backup and restore

Improvements to filtering and column management were delivered in 4.3.
Current progress anticipates that this will continue through Moodle 4.4, 4.5, and 5.0
Updates

The mod_qbank work (MDL-71378) which will introduce significant changes to the way question banks are managed and will make it much simpler to share questions across the whole system is close to integration. This will be merged into Main branch and also be made available in a separate branch for testing purposes, more details will be posted in the forums and here when it is available.
