Overview
Moodle has several ways to manage and store 'content', e.g.
- Content bank (H5P only at this stage)
- Question bank
- MoodleNet
- LTI content tools
- Others
This has lead to a complexities for users and as fragemented experience. The content management experience for an academic building a course, new or reusing material needs to be examined wholistically. The initial review will go broad and also consider sharing between instructors and potentially OER sources.
Objectives
- Understand the existing content management workflows within the system
- Understand how our users utilise the system, their pain points, and blockers
- Examine the known workflow for reuse of content and sharing within an organisation
