In "Add Resource / Link to a file or web site" edit window, the order of the witdh/height parameters has changed from standard:
Default window width (in pixels)
Default window height (in pixels)
in moodle versions up to 1.7

to non-standard, inverted;
Default window height (in pixels)
Default window width (in pixels)
starting with 1.8

Can please the standard width/height order be restored?
