If you delete the "admin" role and you have just one user with the admin right, the site become inaccessible.

In the role definition if you delete the "Admin" role the site become unmanageable and every request to the administration forms are rejected. The only solution is to recreate the "Admin" role via SQL commands or via a restoration of backed up tables of role and role_allow_assign.
