Database enrollment should not enrol students in hidden courses

When a student logs in they are enrolled in all courses as permitted by the data in the external database. They are also enrolled in hidden courses. Course teachers get very disturbed to find that students appear in their course when they have set it to hidden. I suggest that these courses are skipped over for enrolment until such time as they are made available.
