    Description

      To recreate:

      Create new question - any.
      Save.
      Open for editing.
Make no changes to question and save.

The message say the question was modified by x user on date/time.

Assuming no check is made for a change in the question this label is misleading and could lead to problems. As there is no audit trail of whether any changes have actually been made a colleague who opens a question to review its structure would be credited with a modification. In the event of a dispute this could be tricky as the last person to save the question is the one indicated by the system as having modified it. I don't think it wise to rely on the fact that the cancel button could be clicked instead.

      Suggest: Modified / Reviewed

Could the modified list be extended to say 10 (or a configurable) number of entries to make it more useful?
