Several blocks a re not visible in "switch role" mode.

Switching from the admin or teacher role to an other role in a course several blocks are not visible.

I first saw this effect at moodle. org in german language course and certification course. In certification course the right column was not visible after switiching to moodler role. In german language course only the my courses block was visbile after switching the role.

Testing on my own system I had could replicate this behaviour.

I guest mode all blocks are visible.
