Removing Teachers as a default in Course Reset a bit suspect

Having the option ticked to remove teachers in the course reset page is crazy - all that happens is that teachers kick themselves out. Either, simply not have it ticked or perhaps, even better, do not remove the teacher who is actually performing the operation.
