Description

Add site wide option to set default setting for input in text areas where HTML editor is not used for preferred input method.

Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents Moodle from functioning correctly. MDL-3335 Activities that have intro texts should also use text formats

  • Critical - Crashes server, loss of data, severe memory leak
  • Closed - The issue is considered finished, the resolution is correct. Issues which are closed should not be reopened.
