      When Admin has enabled Course themes and one course uses its own theme, different from the Site theme...
      The Course theme is replaced by the Site theme (i.e. the Site theme is displayed) in those modules:
      Administration -> Settings
      Administration -> Backup
      Administration -> Import
      Administration -> Reset
      Administration -> Reports
      Note.- This bug only in current moodle 1.8 (tested with 1.8.2); there is no bug in 1.7 or 1.9.
