HTML editor writes <span lang=%> instead of <span class="multilang" lang=%> when using the lang drop-down menu.

      Description

      When using the HTML editor language drop-down menu, it write <span lang=%> (% being the chosen language) instead of the new syntax <span class="multilang" lang=%>

      Not correcting this bug would lead to issues when switching from 1.8 to 1.9
