      Description

I have made some enhancements to the groups functionality based on feedback from a focus group and would like these changes reviewed so they can go into HEAD before 1.9 branches.

      These enhancements are:

1). Display the grouping a course module belongs to on the course page - for course managers only.

2). When adding users to groups, display the groups a user already belongs to.

3). Added an overview report that shows groupings, groups and members for a course.

4). Added a dialogue to automatically create groups and assign members based on either the number of desired groups or the number of desired users per group.

The patch file is attached and make sure you have Ajax enabled to see point number 2.

I have found following minor problems:
1/ missing format_string() for group names - we should do this for all texts where we expect multilang text
        2/ $Id:$ (missing or $Id$)
3/ '$courseid' in sql - potential problem for pg in groups_get_all_groupings(); Martín Langhoff does not like this much
        4/ uninitialised array $groupings in overview.php

please commit it to cvs after fixing of problems above

        thanks very much!

The only thing I miss now is the possibility for students to subscribe to exactly one group in a grouping through a link in administration block
