Theme Selector error in IE 7.0

      Description

      When I open Appearance - Theme Selector I get an error (MS Activex) and the Browser close. In Firefox it does function well.

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents Moodle from functioning correctly. MDL-11980 when i run theme selector, the ie browser was closed,
