Running on localhost, when you create a question from the quiz editing screen, you end up on the question bank screen

      Description

      Steps to reproduce.

      1. Add a new quiz to a course. You will end up on mod/quiz/edit.php.

      2. Add a new Description question type from the dropdown.

      3. Fill in some data and click Save changes.

      Expected result: you end up back at mod/quiz/edit.php.

      Actual result: you end up at question/edit.php
