When I create a question in quiz editing mode, Moodle returns me to the question bank editing page instead of quiz editing

      Description

      After creating a question I was directed to question bank page even if I was in quiz editing mode.

      The problem seems to affects only 1.9 beta2 version, in 1.8.3. all OK.
