    Description

Because quiz answer form elements are named and numbered in non-unique ways, many browers will suggest the last answer that the user typed in. This can be the correct answer if the questions are arranged in the same way as a previous attempt, or it can be another answer if it is a different quiz or given in a different order.

A fix might be to add a random series of characters to the form elements that is then truncated upon processing. Or there may be another method that is superior to this. But it does present problems when multiple quizzes are given or if the teacher wants students to repeat a quiz from scratch.
