When assigning a role if you search for users, potential users are off by the number of course members with that role

      Description

      When assigning a role if you search for users, potential users are off by the number of course members with that role. For example, in a course with 10 students, if you are assigning students and you search for a user and the search returns 2 users, then it will report "-8 potential" users while below it will show "search results (2)" which is correct..
