      Description

      Curiously there is no set background color for .que .incorrect classes in recent moodle versions of the standard theme. Background color for .que .incorrect is only defined for the multianswer question type (as a kind of pinky red).
      I suggest that in theme/standard/styles_color.css this should changed from:

      .que .incorrect {
      }
      .que.multianswer .incorrect {
      background-color: #faa;
      }

      to

      .que .incorrect {
      background-color: #faa;
      }
