Description

The help file for the "Lock after" setting on the edit grade item page is missing: Help file "locktime.html" could not be found!

Currently there is lockeduntil.html help file. This should be named lockafter.html and the page title changed to Lock after.

locktime.html should then be changed to lockafter.html.
