Changed the scheme of group event visibility: if you are a teacher in a course, you now see ALL group events in that course. As a result, admins see group events for all courses.
Is this satisfactory or is there something else that needs fixing?

Changed the behavior a bit: only editing teachers get to see all groups. Other teachers see only their own group, just like students.
Closing the bug, as there seems to be no other problem.

Since 1.4.3 the teacher can't see event from groups, but the user in groups see the events ...

Fixed again in Moodle 1.4 stable and 1.5 development. The bug was introduced once more a little while back by some faulty performance-optimization code.
