      Hello,

      I am running final Moodle 1.9 and have the following problem:
      If I do write a feedback to an assignment, the date of the feedback shows up correctly, for me as trainer.

      If I as student take a look at this feedback, I see as feedback-date:
      Thursday, 01. January 1970, 01:00
