Offline file access to submitted assignments

What our teachers desperately need is a method of downloading in bulk the contents of the submitted assignment files, these can then be evaluated offline and the marks/feedback entered later.

This could be provided much the same as the backup but would require the user folders to be converted to user id's or some other identifying field.
