1/ user posts the first time to forum and gets subscribed because the default is on
2/ user does not like emails - unsubscribes
3/ posts again, but the default is still on, even though user unsubscribed previously

fix: in step 3 verify if user already posted something, if yes and not subscribed, make default no subscription
