        It has been almost 3 years and still not fixed in version 2.0.3

        Stack trace:

        line 421 of /lib/setuplib.php: moodle_exception thrown
        line 158 of /course/report/participation/index.php: call to print_error()

        As the feedback module allows anonymous responses, the Participation report is the "work-around" for Admin to identify users who submitted responses.

        A related bug is that there are no views recorded in the Activity Report for the feedback module, even though there have been submissions.
